If you are a government agency or relevant judicial licensing agency, you can obtain assistance and related services in the following ways. CoinMark will provide information query requirements within the scope of legal permission in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and in accordance with the user's use agreement according to the information query requirements provided by you.
As a service provider, CoinMark is obliged to continuously improve the rules and services of the platform, but it does not assume any joint and several liability for users' behavior beyond the limits of the user agreement.
In order to process your inquiry as quickly as possible, we need you to provide the following information:
The full name of the entity that put forward the information inquiry request
Any instructions or documents that can prove that you have been authorized by the agency for this inquiry
Any information that can prove your government or judicial identity
Email address containing government or agency information
The contact information of the organization that put forward the information inquiry request
List the information to be queried as detailed as possible
According to the "User Agreement", if you need to assist in taking compulsory measures such as freezing or transferring accounts held by users, you must provide valid judicial assistance, judgments,requirements and other documents in the user's location (country or region).
